Kalari Massage Training and Kalaripayattu Training October 2019
At the beginning of October 2019, I had the privilege of completing basic and advanced training in Kalari Marma massage and Kalaripayattu martial arts with Kalari master and Ayurvedic doctor Unnikrishnan Gurukal, his son Dr Hari Krishnan and their therapists and students in Kerala in southern India, as well as gaining an insight into various Ayurvedic treatment methods.
At the two locations of the Anjaneya Ayurvedic Hospital in the district of Kottayam in Kerala, classical Ayurveda treatments and therapies as well as Kalari Marma treatments are carried out and the Kalari Kapmf art is taught.

Vitality Fair Zurich 2019 and 2021
In May 2019 and September 2021, I was able to present classical massage at the Lebenskraft Messe in Zurich for the Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine ASCA (www.asca.ch, one of the two major registration centres for therapists working in alternative medicine). A wonderful experience for which I am very grateful.
