Pain and complaints in TCM

According to TCM's understanding of health, pain and complaints in TCM arise due to energetic fullness or emptiness - i.e. imbalances in the energy system, which can have various causes. The external disease-causing influences are wind, heat, dampness, dryness and cold - these can enter the body in the event of weakness (strong wind or strong sunlight can lead to wind or heat symptoms) and sometimes also arise internally due to imbalances (too much stress, for example, can unbalance the wood and fire and lead to internal heat). Internal factors that cause illness include anger, hysteria, worry, sadness and fear. Imbalances in the basic constellation favour the development of energetic imbalances. All of these possible causes can throw the element out of balance and can lead to corresponding complaints - on a physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual level.

Therapy is therefore about rebalancing the energy, yin and yang, as well as the energies of the transformation phases. Primarily due to the prevailing symptoms. On the other hand, the birth constellation of the transformation phases can be used to specifically address constitutional weaknesses and thus create a solid foundation for holistic well-being and holistic health, so that the elements and Yin and Yang can be brought back into balance and harmony and health can gradually be achieved.
